Great family atmosphere

My family and I stayed at The Turquoise for our summer vacation. The amenities were really nice. Very clean and easy access to the beach. Will definitely be back

Beautiful Condo in great location. Fantastic amenities. Would stay at again, and would recommend for large families looking for a quiet, clean friendly place to stay. 24 hour security at the gate.

Winter Beach trip

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is very nice and very pleased with how well the bar and kitchen are stocked with appliances. During our stay there was a kerig machine in the kitchen and a nice blender along with plenty of board games and puzzles to pass the rainy day.

The place felt dirty and dated! The jets in the bathtubs were filthy. The living room furniture needs to be thrown away!! The door in the master bedroom needs to be cleaned! The bedroom on the right when you come in needs a different bed! The mattress was horrible and it was entirely to tall for most people to get in and out of! The balcony furniture was uncomfortable and had paint chips everywhere!

The place was absolutely beautiful. My only issue was the dishes in the pantry were dirty. Probably because they do not provide any dish liquid and someone got lazy and just rinsed them.

Great spot, lots to do!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and lots to do for the kids. We enjoyed it! Only down fall was the extra parking pass was costly and no spots available after paying over $100 for it. Other than that it was a great place!

Great location, views, and tons of space

Owners were really responsive to questions, which was helpful in deciding if this was the place for us. We had 2 families staying and there was tons of space for all of us. Huge kitchen was a plus, too, with everything you need. The hot tub was fantastic! We did notice if you used it for a long time, the heat eventually couldn’t keep up, but once covered for a bit it went back up. We appreciated the checking/cleaning. They did have to clean it one day, but it was fast and they did it while we were at the beach. The condo had lots of games for rainy days. Fantastic food and drinks and the restaurant by the pools. Highly recommend!

Spring Break 2024

Overall, we loved our stay at this unique condo with breathtaking views!!! Everything was perfect! It felt like we were home because the owners had everything you could possibly need while staying there! My only complaint was that there were some dirty spots on the walls in one of the smaller bedrooms and the light shined too much at night through the thin paper blinds close to the hall. Overall, we loved our experience here and couldn’t beat the price!

The condo we stayed in was great and had everything we needed. Prickett Properties were quick to respond to any question or concern. We had two small issues in the condo and they had a very nice maintenance person there within the hour to fix both. Highly recommend!

The condo was very dated and not very clean

The condo was very dated and dark, the floors were full of sand. The dishes were not washed very good a lot of food debris on the dishes. Curtain are all see through so you better be a early riser if not the sun will awake you for sure.

Great Condo but the mangement copany not so much

The unit was awesome however many of the amenities were un available. I was made aware that hot tubs were unavailable after booking. But the fitness room and half the outdoor pools were also unavailable. I was also rold the hot tube would be avaiabale the last two days of the trip however it was not
