Beautiful Lakefront home . Amazing view all year long. With 3 queen beds spread across 3 bedrooms. This home offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. Relax setting in the beautiful sunroom, back porch, cook out on the deck. Set by the fire close to the water and watching the moon reflection on the water is stunning. There is a easy walk to the water.
Malcolm Creek Marina is a golf cart ride if you need to rent slip. Or put your boat in less than 2 miles at the Big Bear Hwy 58, Public dock and park. On water less than 1 Mile. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, heating, and AC, along with 2 and half bathrooms equipped with showers. Home is all one level, with a split floor plan. Light plush carpet in living and Bedrooms so if raining or snow we ask you to remove shoes before entering this area to prevent stains. A nice level yard with huge beautiful shade trees for privacy. Watch the sun rise, the sunsets are amazing reflecting off the water. We added a firepit area close to the lake with plenty of vintage outdoor seating. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Kayaks, golf cart is available upon request.
No Pets allowed in this home due to family member having severe allergies to pet dander. If you have questions please don't hesitate to ask.
Location on the Lake Between Moors and Big Bear in Malcolm Creek.

Lovely Lakehouse

The property was exactly what we were expecting. Great location while not being far from conveniences. Teresa was quick and responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit.

Comfortable, pleasant.

Check-in and all communications with the host were very easy and friendly. I encourage you to engage them and ask questions as they are very knowledgeable of the area and willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Spacious and comfortable house, well decorated, in a quiet neighborhood. Nice large backyard that leads to the edge of the lake. There are a couple of docks available to the guests, but please make sure to ask which ones they are as one of the other dock owners complained when the kids wondered onto her dock. Back porch is pleasant and relaxing with a nice view of the lake. Or you can just hangout in the sunroom with large windows overlooking the lake. Note that the house has a light-color carpet in the bedrooms and living room, so watch out if the kids come in muddy from playing in the lake. The rental is some distance from the nearest town or large supermarket, nut not a problem if you stock up as the kitchen is ample and easy to use.

However I respect if guest want peace and quite, realizing we live in a busy life that this is alot of people's getaway from everything. I love hosting and sharing this beautiful area on Ky Lake. We want our guest to relax and enjoy their time here. And most of all to want to come back and stay with us, because you enjoyed your stay so much. Owning a bed and breakfast is a long time dream. Hosting and sharing with family's from all over the world, to enjoy this little part of Kentucky on the lake.

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood because it is a beautiful area on the lake. And a popular area on the lake for boating and fishing, however not over crowded. The neighborhood feels very safe, country feel. And yet ten minutes from Benton. And thirty minutes to Paducah or Murray Ky.

What makes this property unique

This home has a beautiful view of Kentucky Lake year around. The back yard is flat and huge. And there is a small Private road beside the house to drive vehicle to the water to unload your own Kayaks. Easy walk across the back yard to the water. Peaceful.
