Make your vacation ideal with this unit in the newly remodeled Quay building with a heated indoor and outdoor pools, tennis court, game room, store/cafe (in-season), reading room and ping pong and pool tables. Pickle ball court with complimentary paddles and balls provided by building. Easy access to restaurants and attractions with a light at the exit and the bus stop across the street. Overall impression is good.

Overhall place is very nice. Close to the beach and everything you need. Could need a little cleaning for the floors (dust and not been reasently cleaned. The pillows not very clean (stained). The small bedroom mattress not confortable, very hard. There is a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. We had a wonderful time.

Great Beach, okay building

The Beach was fantastic, the building itself has some problems. 1 soda machine for 25 floors, the 2nd floor pool was TINY and always looked murky (probably from sand and little kids) and while they will rent parking out to beach goers not staying there you can only get 1 space for the condo. They have a store inside that made AWESOME food but it closed at 4.
