Quay 1007 is a luxurious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath direct Ocean Front condo. This spacious, open living room area has an entertainment unit with a large flat-screen smart television. The wrap around sectional sofa and two occasional chairs offers plenty of seating for everyone. The open floor plan continues into the Ocean Front dining area. Enjoy preparing meals in the beautiful gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a two-tiered kitchen island with additional seating around the kitchen island. Wake up to your morning coffee on your oceanfront-covered balcony off of the living room. This property features an oceanfront bedroom with an attached master bath, central air, WIFI, and four smart tv's. Indoor and outdoor oceanfront pool and game room and indoor pool all on the second-floor promenade, also featuring a tennis court bring your own equipment. All new appliances for 2023. Please note there is no through-the-door icemaker or water dispenser.
1 car parking available at building -Building registration fee $50.00; extra car parking available with a reservation for a fee, must reserve in advance.

Our family vacation in OC June 4-11

The overall property size was good; having three separate bedrooms was imperative. The proximity to the beach was key to our selection and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only somewhat tedious part was attempting to cook without formal venting and would desire that feature if we were to visit Ocean City again. Overall we left with a very positive impression and would recommend this location to other vacationers.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place

The main bathroom toilet had to be plunged pretty much every day the place was filthy there was sand and dust all over there is no way anybody cleaned before we came there was a film all over the counters and the toilets were absolutely gross when we left it up the seats there was mounds and mounds of sand dirt and dust under the carpets and there was no vacuum with the current pandemic situation I find it unacceptable we had to clean the whole place ourselves I will definitely not rent this property again
