Daytona Beach Shores House - walk to beach & restaurants

A short walk from the beach, restaurants, coffee and ice cream, this completely renovated and family friendly home is in a fantastic location.

You will also be a quick drive from the heart of Daytona, Daytona International Speedway, Ponce Inlet, New Smyrna Beach and Ormond Beach. If you want to venture a little bit farther, Disney is just over an hour away.

This spacious, open floor plan home is thoughtfully equipped for our guests to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. There is plenty of seating for a large group, a tv in every bedroom and a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay.

The house is professionally cleaned before each guest and can sleep up to 8. The main bedroom has a walk in closet and the other two bedrooms also have ample closet storage space.

The fenced in yard is almost double the size of the house creating an ideal outdoor space for activities - or to just relax! The outdoor patio features a table with 6 chairs and a fully operational grill.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

BED / BATH: Please place all used towels and sheets on the floor. You can leave the comforters on the bed. (Duvet covers will be washed after each guest, we just dont want the comforter on the ground)

KITCHEN: Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher. Clear out the refrigerator and throw away all perishables.

TRASH: Place all trash in the can provided outside. If you are departing on a Monday or Tuesday, we would really appreciate it if you could bring the cans out to the street (trash pickup is Tuesday)

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great property for a family visit to the beach. Walk to the beach is more like 10 minutes if you have slower members in your party (like little kids or grandparents). Drive on ramp to the beach is super close if you have 4wheel drive. Place was clean and awesome. Large table to play games and socialize with family

We had the best time in Daytona. The house was very clean and spacious. The walk to the beach is perfect, it is just a very short walk. The house does have a beach shed that has sand toys, a wagon, and chairs. The check in and out process was super simple. I would suggest though if you are like me and like a good beach chair that reclines over a bag chair, bring your own chair. I will definitely bring my own next time because there were mostly bag chairs available. Overall the house is fantastic and we had the best time! I definitely will coming back to this house!

Perfect place near the beach! Theres restaurants and shops that are walking distance. Everything was clean and very accommodating for our group! Would recommend.
