Welcome home!! This classic chic 2 bedroom 1920`s bungalow sits within walking distance to West Hartford Center and Blue Back Square. Relax and enjoy the comfort of your classic front porch. Upstairs features 2 nicely sized bedrooms with beautiful hardwood floors. Master bedroom enjoys a walk-in closet for ease and comfort. A full bath with tub/shower adjoins the two rooms. Cook dinner in your private kitchen or on the grill in your private backyard as you make West Hartford your home.

Please note this property has a separate bedroom and bathroom with private entry in the basement to which your party does not have access.

My name is Alexander, and I am a young sailor in the United States Navy. I enjoy traveling, surfing, and cool architecture. I love being a host because it gives me the opportunity to make a real impact in people’s lives. Housing can too often be unaffordable and burdened by uncertainty. My mission through hosting is to make sure that is not the case. West Hartford Visit

Very clean, nicely appointed property. Cozy, nicely appointed and comfortable home to stay in for a family of four. Very nice little touches including cookies, chocolates, coffee/tea and fruit. I would stay here again.

Home away from home.

The house was fully equipped with everything I needed for my 6 night stay. It was comfortable and cozy with plenty of space for remote working and relaxing in the living area. The location was great. Everything was nearby - Whole Foods, cute shops and restaurants. Also there is an easily accessible walking path. I will stay here again if I’m back in West Hartford and I would highly recommend it.

Thank you so much for the amazing stay!!!! The place is beautiful, very clean and cosy! True Jem of West Hartford! We were here for my nieces wedding and felt very comfortable! Thank you for the wonderful TV set, amazing furniture, blow dryer and decorations! Everything in the house set up well and with love.

Very Good Overall

After a small glitch to begin the stay, which the owner responded to quickly, it was a pleasant stay. The living area, kitchen and dining area are very nice. So is the front porch and the fire pit is also nice although we did not use it. The half bath on the first level was a nice plus. The stairs to the second floor bedrooms are a challenge for elderly

Very nice property. I would have liked to have known that there would be other occupants staying in a separate, locked downstairs apartment. That part was not listed in our agreement so entire home should be removed from listing. Having the other occupants had my family parking in the street which was fine but I prefer to be parked in a driveway. There were no problems with other occupants, I just would have liked to have know sooner than the night before. The 4 rating on cleanliness was because the bathroom floors were not mopped clean and also the kitchen floors. I leave things cleaner than I find them but I did not find a mop in the house. All that being said it is a great home in a beautiful neighborhood and I would rent again. Also great communication.

Nice place

The home itself is lovely, with an eclectic decorative flair that I really enjoyed. I believe it is on its way to being a 5-star place with some growth.- nice decor, downstairs bathroom, art- large, comfortable rooms, decent kitchen and dining table, good airflow, but very dusty- very loud work was being done on house, when I was assured before renting there wouldn't be, which meant scaring my dog and causing her to bark for 3 days, no use of driveway or directly in front of house, noise, no use of torn up backyard and fire fire pit sitting area- dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, including parts to coffee machine, items left in dryer- no toilet paper, soap between bathrooms- 1 wadded up potentially clean bath towel in a closet, had to use cleaning rag as washcloth, shower door continuously slid open entire shower - but love that Japanese print, Shampoo, etc. in shower not labeled- upstairs window was left wide open with no screen upon arrival late at night; some downstairs windows left unlocked and some appeared broken- instructions would be appreciated for light/fan remotes, garbage rules- we noticed what appeared to be a motion detector on upper shelf that clearly went off with movement when entering room - creepy.Owner attempted to be a good communicator, but it didn't make up for the problems
