Summary:
Reasonably priced, but private apt at the Heart of Historic College Hill & Brown University campus (fields) just across the street! You'll have the perfect location to explore the unique shops of Thayer, Wickenden & Wayland Square. Indulge in the neighborhood's many great restaurants, coffee shops & bakeries. Enjoy the comfort of a cozy space during your stay. We are conveniently just 1 mile from the train station & highway & only 15 mins to TF Green Airport. Experience the best of Providence!
The Space:
NO PARTIES
We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for parties or hosting events.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This apartment is the perfect location and accommodation for your visit to Providence! Staying on College Hill makes visiting Brown University and RISD super convenient from my apartment. Both are only a short walk away and this area of Providence is also close to historical landmarks, parks, trendy cafes and eclectic restaurants, and boutique shops. The local bakeries and casual small restaurants in this area of the City are worth exploring!
ENJOY THE SPACE
The apartment is newly renovated. New kitchen and bathroom, freshly painted walls and new flooring throughout. There is a private entrance to the apartment via a private fenced in outdoor patio that does require one step down. There is a large full-length window from the kitchen/dining area looking out to the patio. We can accommodate up to 5 guests, as the apartment is designed with a full kitchen, dining area, and a separate living room with a SmartTV. The primary bedroom at the end of the hallway has a queen bed and the other bedroom is across from the bathroom with a daybed (twin size mattress). For additional sleeping space, there is a sofa bed in the living room. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay.
RELAX AND UNWIND
The living room has character with custom built-in shelving. Relax watching TV in this space and/or use this space as your dedicated office for any remote work that’s needed. The bathroom is extremely clean however it is small! The apartment has many windows throughout so even though you are at ground level, you still have natural daylight.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics and some extras for your stay. You can easily cook in the apartment or dine out at the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance. The dining table fits 5 people comfortably.
PARKING
There is one off-street parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street from the apartment. Leave your car and explore all Providence has to offer by foot, bike, or scooter!

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
The apartment is located in an apartment building so there are other apartments above this one.

Getting Around:
No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the city to walk around. You can easily get an Uber or Lyft if you need to, or you can grab one of the scooters the city offers on any nearby sidewalk.
