The property was well advertised and the host was prompt to answer any questions we had prior to our stay and during the stay. It was close to town which was convenient for grocery store. The game room was fun and gave us extra things to do while we were at the house relaxing.

The property was great as soon as you entered the gate to the courtyard. It had everything you could want for fun and lots of tvs. The pool and hot tub were a really great feature. I would book again!

Beautiful home, comfy beds, and an entertainment oasis. My family had a blast during our stay and anything we needed the owner was able to assist with pretty quickly considering it was a holiday week. Pool was heated enough to enjoy throughout the day and the spa heated up quickly. There were some areas that could have been cleaner so i couldn't give the full 5 stars but overall great place with lots of fun stuff to keep a family entertained, plenty of seating and storage spaces. The floorplan was well thought out, lots of parking and close to the lake for our kayaking adventures.

We had an amazing multi-generational family vacation at this spacious VRBO! The house had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy, and the separate casita was perfect for the grandmas. The gorgeous pool was a hit with all ages, and the game room kept the kids (and adults!) entertained for hours. The location was fantastic—just minutes from the lake. The owner was incredibly responsive and resolved a couple of small issues right away. Five stars all the way—we would absolutely recommend this property and hope to return!

This property definitely has enough bed to sleep a ton of guest. I believe there are 10 beds. Upon arrival the property was 85 degrees indoors. Super hot and it took a few hours to cool down. In the junior suit, it smelt like sewage. The put a bed in the laundry room which also smelt like mildew. Then another bed in the master closet. Super weird to put beds in those locations. If you need beds and don’t care about those things then this is a good property. This is not a luxury property for 1000 a night.

Guest always comment that the pictures show things accurately. For example the bedroom that has laundry in the closet is shown but it is a bedroom. As far as the room that use to be the master closet and was redesigned to be a bedroom has a separate entrance from the bedroom so not only do both rooms have separate entrances from the hall as shown that room conversion is equipped with a window, skylight, air conditioning and a tv a great way for someone to have privacy and there's plenty of larger rooms for more particular guest. This home is laid out to sleep up to 26 in bed and so between sleeping capacity, entertainment and the quality of the home this is one of the most popular homes in Havasu for a reason.
