All units have been recently renovated. Guests will enjoy a complete kitchen with service for 4 guests. Coffee maker, pots & pans & other kitchen items in all units. Step onto the balcony & see the OCEAN! The large outdoor heated pool is open until 10pm and the pool deck until 11pm. Wakeup to a beautiful sunrise while having coffee on your private balcony. Take the steps from the pool and you are on the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the property.

When we checked in, we went to our room where the balcony had bird poo everywhere and we cleaned ourselves the next day. We did not know the pool closed at ten which was a disappointment as my husband and i like to relax by the pool in the evening and watch the ocean and enjoy the atmosphere. The laundry room even closed at 10pm which is hard to do by then when you have kids with you that need tended to before a certain time running laundry past 10pm. Cops showed up one day with forensics about a vehicle parked next to my husbands at one point before he moved his truck. We had neighbors on both sides that came in one night around 12am and where super loud and banging cabinets etc then gone by morning (wierd) just felt it could of been better.

Seeing guests arrive and enjoying their newly renovated unit, the view from the balcony and the large heated pool makes hosting the property enjoyable. Guests are able to walk, or take a short drive to numerous local eateries. If guests simply want to relax by the pool and/or the ocean they will enjoy the views. If they want to explore all that the area has to offer, there are places to visit. The Daytona Speedway is a short drive, Historic St. Augustine is an hours away, Disney properties are an hour drive, and local river boat rides and sunset cruises are very popular.
