This 2-bedroom oceanfront condo at St. Regis is perfect for your escape to North Topsail Beach! Our spacious unit is in the third building which offers a quiet peaceful haven, yet is conveniently located near the elevator and just steps to the beautiful white beach and outdoor pool and cabana.

With 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, this fantastic property offers a cozy retreat for guests. The two bedrooms and the den all have their own entrance to a private balcony which boasts an awesome panoramic 4th floor view of the ocean. This unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. The beautifully remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with sleek granite countertops, a dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of cabinet space. For added convenience, the unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Stay comfortable year-round with central heating and air conditioning, and enjoy the elegant ceramic tile flooring throughout the entire space. The living room features a 48-inch Smart HDTV with streaming capabilities, while each bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch Smart HDTV, also offering streaming options.

St. Regis offers an array of amenities for the whole family to enjoy, including two pools (one heated, covered pool and one outdoor pool), a fitness center, sauna, family entertainment center, basketball court, children's play area, outdoor grills, picnic tables, and an oceanfront gazebo. For dining, St. Regis features a casual, family-friendly restaurant located on the top floor of building two, specializing in seafood, steak, pasta, and burgers, all served with spectacular ocean views. Additionally, there’s an on-site coffee shop, an ice cream shop, and a poolside cabana for your convenience.

**Linens are included in the rental which consists of bath towels, bath cloths, hand towels, kitchen towels and sheets and pillow cases on the beds. You will need to provide your own beach and pool towels.

We had a wonderful time staying here over Labor Day weekend. The condo was clean and very "homey". The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was a breeze. We enjoyed using the comfortable chairs on the porch and were happy there are 3 beds in the 2nd bedroom for our 3 children. We hope to stay here again in the future!

This beach condo was fantastic! The view of the ocean was incredible—we spent so much time just enjoying the scenery from the balcony. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The coffee shop on site was a great way to start the day. The only minor downside for us was that the master bed was very firm, but that's a personal preference. Overall, a great stay!"

Condo well equipped. Stayed during a time when tides were high so very little beach to walk on. Didn’t realize they were so many buildings to block the full ocean view.Nice to have restaurants on site that you could walk to. Everyone very friendly.
