We stayed for 3 weeks and the location was perfect! Easy 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Grocery and shopping was only 5-10 minutes by car. We needed to go to Mayo clinic for appointments and it was an easy 15 minute drive as well. The location was in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The house was updated and very clean. All amenities provided were excellent. We loved how comfortable the beds were and took advantage of the grill on the property. We took our dogs and they thoroughly enjoyed having a fenced yard and walkability to the beach. If this is available for booking don't wait! Would highly recommend and hope to return.

Just perfect

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable, the neighbourhood nice and quiet, the beach was just a short walk away, and there were various restaurants, bars, etc. What more could you ask for from a beach vacation? We would definitely stay there again!

Jax beach holiday

Our family of 5 stayed for Thanksgiving. It was a great property. Very clean and fit our needs well. Home was well stocked and easy to make our meals in the kitchen. Very much enjoyed.
