With 175' of private waterfront in Bridgton, this delightful cottage boasts amazing views of Highland Lake. water access from the deck, and 4 bedrooms with a mix of full, king, and queen beds. Recently renovated, amenities include a gas grill, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Guests can relax on the screened porch and unwind after a day of water sports, hiking, or exploring. The 2 bathrooms offer walk in showers and hair dryers for added convenience. We think our place will help you experience everything the lakes region and the charming town of Bridgton has to offer.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please strip the beds before you leave and put any towels you use in the washing machine. Thanks! If you use the dishwasher, please put it on express wash before you leave.
The trash container is in the cabinet by the fridge. Trash goes in the bag in front, recycling in the back container. Please take the trash and recycling to the dump before you leave.
The dump hours: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7-5. The dump sticker is on the refrigerator. Please return it! The dump is about 7 minutes away: 118 Sandy Creek Rd Bridgton, ME 04009.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you move furniture please move it back to where it was when you arrived.
No diving off the dock. No glass should be used on the dock. We have plastic and metal cups available.
No fires allowed.

House was beautiful! We loved the location in Bridgton, close to shops, restaurants, church. The proximity to the water was amazing, so nice to sit out on the docks with coffee or a glass of wine and watch the boats go by. The house itself was lovely, plenty of room for our group of 6 with stocked updated kitchen and lots of bedroom space for all. We were fortunate to have fantastic weather as well; definitely one of our best vacation weeks ever!

Very nice property, beautiful views, secluded and comfortable. Bedrooms are decent size and kitchen/family room is large and very functional. Amenities like kitchen items, trash/recycling bins, etc. are OK but not great. Driveway has a few embedded rocks that can scrape the bottom of your car. Gorgeous views of the sunrise.

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious house on lake

House was clean and modern with cozy touches, lots of space, comfortable beds, a well-appointed kitchen, and beautiful expansive views of the lake. Especially appreciated were the huge screen porch, the kayaks and canoes that were available for our use, the closeness of the house to the water, and the resident ducks. The location of the property was excellent—just a five-minute drive from downtown Bridgton and the Hannafords on Route 302 and about a half-hour’s drive to Conway and the Kancamagus Highway. (The outlet stores in North Conway are about as close but are very skippable, in this reviewer’s opinion.) The house’s owners were extremely responsive and helpful.
