This cozy property features 2 soothing bedrooms, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the amenities like a newly renovated fitness room, pool , tennis courts and pickle ball courts.

Relax on one of the various benches located on the property and watch the ducks waddle around. Take a stroll down to the pond located within minutes from the condo and read your favorite book.

The pool is located next to Club Cottage with easy access! When you are finished with your fun in the sun, sit on the patio and enjoy an evening meal as you sip wine! Experience what Gulf Shores has to offer with a stay at our condo. Decorated with comfort in mind!

The kitchen has a limited stocked coffee and tea bar for your morning cup of joe!

Essentials are provided to make your stay easy and convenient!

A parking pass is required for each vehicle ( $25) for the duration of your stay. This must be obtained from the front office within 24 hours of your arrival and displayed in your vehicle. Have a boat or camper? No problem- we have parking areas set up just to suit this need. A $25-$50 fee will apply according to length of stay for the duration.

Cozy, Comfortable and Quiet

Even with a couple of plumbing issues that could not be prevented our stay was great. Owners were great and always respond in a timely manner. The condo looks just like the pictures.

Why they chose this property

This property is simply a perfect location. It is located very close to the Gulf Shores Sports Complex, the airport, family activities and of did I mention the blue waters of the gulf! Working with owners John and Linda has been a true pleasure and they too want each guest to see what they saw when purchasing the condo at Colony Club. So many amenities are available! From a swimming pool to pickle ball courts and also a fitness center were some of the things that attracted them to this property. The closeness to the gulf, closeness to restaurants and the nightlife of Gulf Shores!

What makes this property unique

Many different aspects of this property makes it unlike any other condominium at Colony One. The patio has complete privacy. The grassy area next to the patio backs up to the Alabama Gulf Cost Zoo. Oftentimes, you can hear birds and other animal sounds except at night-total silence and the sky is protected from surrounding lights. This gives guests an opportunity to see stars! Also, this condominium is located beside the swimming pool and fitness center providing convenience for guests.
