Place is very well thought out and perfect for big families. Lots of area to eat both in and outside and plenty to do without even needing to leave the house. A great place to rent and would rent again.

Beautiful home with exceptional views. The Pickleball court and basketball court and hot tub were all amazing!We loved everything about our experience… Just be prepared that they are not a lot of spices oil, or other cooking supplies need.We would absolutely stay here again.Thank you!

Wonderful for family reunion

This was a wonderful place to stay for a family reunion. Great location close to town, clean, great responsiveness from owner, and had a lot of fun activities. We have already considered returning.

Sweet Retreat near Sweetwater

Well designed, well appointed, and very accommodating. Family of 27 (and growing) were very comfortable. Nice bonus to have the RV parking with power & water hookups. Really enjoyed the private hot tub and pickleball court. Grandkids loved the slide. Extra big-time bonus to have access to Ideal Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was very spacious, bright, and filled with natural light, which made it feel welcoming right away. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved that there were so many game options available for all age groups—it kept everyone entertained. The pickleball court was definitely a highlight and provided hours of fun. We also enjoyed using the griddle and fireplace, which added to the cozy atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay—we’d happily come back!

EXCELLENT! This is a beautiful, spotless, wonderfully furnished and thoughtfully decorated new home. We had 9 adults and 9 kids ( 5 families)and stayed 4 nights. The accommodations were perfect for multiple families as each bedroom has its own bathroom, TV and A/C -heater unit. The rooms with king beds had futons which were ideal for little ones and the 6 bunkbeds in the loft became the hot spot for all the other kids. They loved that space! The yard was amazing! Kids spent hours on the very fun, tube slide. There's also a basketball / pickleball court and huge grass area. Plenty of room for them to ride scooters and play games. The hot tub was very nice and was actually hot! (so many are kept lukewarm) The house had absolutely everything we needed. Very well stocked. We loved the amount of comfortable seating and tables both inside and out. The sofa in the basement is massive and perfect for a fun movie night. The office was a nice amenity for our working kids. Access to Ideal Beach was also great perk, just a 3 minute drive away with easy parking. It has huge sandy beaches, large grass areas, pools, playgrounds and miniature golf. The home is in a very peaceful area, surrounded by green fields with cattle and so many fun birds to watch. The hosts, Marcia and her husband, were incredibly nice to work with, responding immediately to any questions. Over the past few years we have rented 8 different homes in Bear Lake and this one was a clear winner with my family.

A place for all

It’s rare to find a rental that provides such a fun experience for all group sizes and ages. We had a group of over 20 people with ages ranging from 2-68. Everyone had so much fun! The house is an open concept with a large gathering area on the main floor and the basement! It was great cause we could all comfortably be together if we wanted to be and if we wanted to hang/play games with a smaller group the loft has a great area to do so. The hot tub holds a good amount of people and it was great to relax in while the kiddos have a blast going down the slide! The kitchen has three ovens with a microwave that can also be an oven and there are two fridges! The hosts are great to work with and respond quickly. This has been the best rental I’ve stayed at in a long time and we’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Marcia’s place. It was even bigger than the pictures showed, the access to ideal beach was a game changer, and she was so great at communicating with us. The kids loved the slide and the pickleball/basketball court, the swings, and the arcade games. There really was something for everyone! We will be back for sure!

Good location with private beach access just down the road! The house was clean and expectations were visible for everyone. Full bathrooms in each bedroom were nice for our 5 little families. The floor plan met our needs and the kids loved the bunk beds downstairs and the slide off the deck! We appreciated the clean, open grassy area along with the basketball court and outdoor seating. We will consider this property in the future.
