Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We did not stay here. At 11:30am on check-in day they cancelled our reservation saying they had to "house family in an emergency." On a holiday weekend. At the beach. We were already in town with kids and left stranded with no place to stay. No other communication after that.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Horrible experience. Owner cancelled 8 hours before we were set to arrive and used the reason that the property was sold. 8 hours before check-in. Selling a property takes months. Property should have been delisted if that was the case. Most likely scenario is that they decided they wanted to use the property that weekend. Do not book this place unless you want to have owner cancel at the last minute and leave you without a place to stay.
