Cozy house in a great neighborhood. Really neat furniture and fireplaces made it feel like staying in someone’s actual home, not a sterile IKEA-heavy space like some rentals. Great communication with the host, too.
This house was the perfect meeting spot in the perfect location for family to gather and celebrate a special lady. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather and talk. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this VRBO home and Host!
House suited our family. Location to shopping center was great. Parking was sufficient, large cypress trees make for dangerous when leaving. Home needs more cooking supplies (wine and can opener). Bathroom windows do not have blinds or any coverings, no windows open. Primary bathroom sink does not drain well and toilet seat is loose, ceiling fan does not work. All issues were communicated via vrbo app and only one issue was addressed (blowing of leaves off deck). Would stay again if communication was better and issues addressed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us continue to improve our property.
We’ve submitted the maintenance work orders for the bathroom drain issues, and we’ve since resolved the problem. The ceiling fan issue turned out to be a simple user error, and we’ve worked to ensure it functions properly. We’ve also added a wine opener and can opener, as well as installed curtains in both bathrooms to address your concerns.
Regarding the windows, our home is older, and while replacing them is a priority, it’s a process we’re working on. We are continuously making improvements to the property and take guest feedback seriously.
We were sorry to hear about the communication frustrations. We did our best to respond promptly, and we will continue working on being more responsive in the future. We hope to have the chance to host you and your family again!
Thank you again for your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you back.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
The house is in an excellent location. When we arrived it was clean and tidy. Check in was easy with a door code. Water pressure was great. Host was mostly attentive early on (brought missing batteries over for remotes/door lock that needed it quickly), but did not respond with questions about checkout at the end of visit. As of June 2026 they have some fixable issues to address. 1. There is no longer a bed in the lower level, it is only a pullout couch which is a real downgrade. They need updated photos. The lower level does have some nice new play amenities - ping pong, pool, air hockey, and other games. 2. The dishwasher was completely ineffective at cleaning dishes, and makes awful noises. It needs to be replaced. I spent the week doing dishes which was a bummer. 3. There are only 3 full sized glasses in a house expected to host 10, and maybe 6 dinner plates. The kitchen does not have the dishware to actually support the number of guests they can sleep. 4. Similarly, the dining table seats only 4 chairs. 5 spots to sit in the living room. Also not clear from the listing is that the twin beds in the upstairs bedrooms are trundles. The house met our needs for 5 people and had generous size rooms and comfortable bathrooms.
