Decent house. Beds were super mushy and couldn’t park in the driveway was a bummer. It did mention in the listing which I missed when booking it. House was clean over all. Some grout and mold issues in the bathroom but over all nice.

My granddaughter is graduating, so senior prom dress shopping! Restaurants, the mall, the beach! We had a blast. They were so into the spacious house. The pool, the karaoke machine! Are you kidding? I scored major points. The price was right. We will be back. Thank you

The house is in a nice neighborhood. The park down the street is great for walking and pretty views. The house was very spacious, there was more then enough room. The backyard was really cute, to cold to use the pool but a very nice sitting area with a little bar with a fridge and sink, we used the bbq grill. The house was clean when we arrived, no issues with that. I would give this house 5 stars however the kitchen equipment was really lacking. We are a family who cooks and utilizes the kitchen. There needs to be mixing bowls, measuring spoons, cookie sheet and some pans of some sort pans. I was hard to make a complete meal, we had to go buy aluminum pans. Other then that I would recommend this property and next time I will bring my own cooking supplies.

The house is a good size for an adult and 4 teenagers and the location was perfect for us. The pool will be an added bonus for anyone visiting during warmer months, but it isn't heated so we were unable to enjoy it. The beds/bedding were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the kitchen lacked enough mugs, glasses, bowls and cookware for our group and could be stocked better for guests who cook and eat there. Although the house is open and uncluttered, it does require a deep cleaning because surfaces such as doors and light switches were grimy. The bbq propane tanks were empty, but the host brought a full tank to us when I informed them and was also quick to respond when I had any questions. The extra toilet by the pool was useful! With a little TLC inside and out, this place has the potential to become the perfect home away from home.

The house is nice and spacious.It’s close to all kinds of stores, food, ams gas.I didn’t see/hear any neighborhood issues. It was cool to see kids outside playing, on their bikes, and skating.The owner does have some apartments next door, so you can’t park in the driveway!You have to park on the street.There were 6 different cars in/out during our week stay.That at times feels uncomfortable.There are other VRBO guests so that should be very clear in the listing.Like I said the house is nice but, it needs a deep clean.The kitchen backsplash is beautiful so maintaining it would be good.The fridge needs to properly be cleaned with stainless steal cleaner and cloth, it looked gross.The inside was fine after a few Lysol wipes.The fridge is plenty big for your groceries. Appliance wise, no issues.Both recliners on the end of the couch do not go down easy at all. I had to get out of the recliner to push it down. It’s a bit ridiculous.The bedrooms were clean.The sheets are very thin and not the best quality but, they were clean. I’d suggest pillow covers and all mattresses need protectors.The towels were clean. The bathroom floor was dirty. It’s unsettling to find hairs all over. I Lysol wiped the whole bathroom.The shower is nice, water pressure good. The backyard is nice to sit and relax. Both lounge chairs for laying by the pool are broken.They need to be thrown out. The yard in general needs to be cleaned up. It could look better.Great to have washer/dryer.
