Welcome to our home. After many years in Brooklyn we have our new loft here in La Barceloneta. We offer monthly stays when we are away on vacation.
The pictures speak for themselves. 100m2/1100sqft. The beach is 3 minutes walk. Amazing food and drink options, and near the marina, the gothic quarter, and El Born. 3 mins to metro.

La Barceloneta is a perfect beach town in a fantastic cosmopolitan city. It feels local and separate enough from the crowds and the traffic to have some calm by the water, but easily access all the other great parts of the city. Beach, great food and drinks, what's not to love?
What makes this property unique
Very few apartments are this large, and of this loft style in Barceloneta. Most are 30-40m2 (350-450sqft) studios, and not very comfortable. Also most apartments in the city have many rooms instead of this open concept.
The apartment also faces a square so it's always bright. This is often a problem in Barcelona as the streets are very narrow, thus you often do not have light all day, and your window view is just of your neighbour directly across the street!
