With views of the harbor and within walking distance of downtown, this house sits on a lush acre lot with plenty of room for parking. Located in the quieter East End of town, this 5 bedroom home has two full baths, and an outdoor shower. With a family room on one end of the house and living room on the other, you'll find plenty of room to gather or spread out. The well equipped kitchen is the hub of our home and includes a 5 burner electric cooktop, double wall oven, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Off the kitchen is a semi formal dining room that has hosted many a family gathering.

A gem of a property

We loved our stay at this house. The property is large and it was so nice not to feel like the neighbors were on top of us. Grill worked great, the house was so well equipped with all the tools needed for cooking. Loved having the two living rooms and the bedrooms were all very comfortable. Thank you Deb and Karen!

Perfect for large group

This family house in Ptown is great for groups, with five bedrooms and even multiple living rooms to spread out. Our group enjoyed hanging out on the deck and enjoying the view, cooking group meals in the large kitchen, and using the house as a springboard to explore Ptown. Someone described the property as “the Brady House” which is perfect. It’s large, comfortable, and a bit old fashioned in a good way.

Another great stay!

This is the second time my group has stayed at this property. Once again it didn’t disappoint. We were able to check in and out so easily. It offers lots of great space, privacy, and accessibility to the downtown entertainment. We would definitely stay here again!
