Beautiful beach view

Great condo! Wonderful beach access right outside the condo as well as one of Manati’s best beaches right next door. Condo is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach. We would definitely come back.

We had an amazing vacation and found the accommodations to be very comfortable and it was easy to relax and enjoy. Full kitchen with everything needed to cook meals. So nice to have the beach right out front with great enclosed patio/yard for grilling and eating. Plus Mar Chiquita only a 5 minute walk down the beach. Definitely one of the best beaches on the island. We will definitely come back again.

Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Pictures were fairly close to what we found in the house, although there were no curtains and the table and chairs have been changed out. Has everything you need towels, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great AC and ceiling fans. The balcony was so lovely in the evening and morning, listening to the waves crashing and the having a beautiful vista. There was even a hammer you could put up. It’s a beach rental so building had signs of wear and tear but nothing to interfere without vacation.

Nice property, very clean. But one of the bathroom 🚿 showershead needed fixing, and I did the reach out to host and the owner, about that. So we just took a shower in the one bathroom that the showershead was working..

We will return, Valeria was helpful at every step. The owner even got involved with an electric switch issue. The hammock was popular enough to involve a friendly competition! The responsiveness of management and owner ship was spectacular as noted above. The beach was beautiful, with the dramatic waves crashing over the rocks

Great Experience

This is our 2nd year staying at this listing for spring break. Both trips went so well. The condo is so clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. I also love how there are beach chairs, towels and snorkels to use all week. There is a hammock that he hung on palm trees this year which was nice and relaxing to the sound of the ocean. Ryan the owner is so accommodating and is quick to respond. One of the nights we stayed, there was a power outage on the whole island and he was really helpful. I highly recommend saying here! It’s a bit of a drive maybe 40 min from San Juan and was about 2 hrs from Crash Boat. We didn’t mind driving to wherever we wanted to go. We also enjoyed Mar Chiquita which is right next to the beach the condo is on (2min walk). In the master bedroom closet there are a few games to play with kids/family at night.

We had a lovely stay at the beach bungalow! The location couldn't have been more perfect! We were literally steps from the beach. We had an awesome view of the ocean and enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the waves. The location felt extremely safe with the gated entrance and almost completely private beach. We were often the only people on the beach which was incredible. We were also just a few minutes walk away from the more lively beach-Mar Chiquita. This beach is in a cove which offers more protection from the waves. This beach is a little more lively and offers a good balance of silence and privacy, and pina coladas and other people. I also wanted to mention the owner of the bungalow is extremely caring, responsive, and professional. We had a great care package of information sent from evolve as well.

Great location right on the beach

You can't get much closer to the beach. We were hoping to hear ocean waves crashing from wherever we stayed, and we're not disappointed. Vivian made check in and out very easy. There's a nice small grocery store a couple minute drive away. Don't expect to swim in the ocean here, but I the pool was a hit with my daughter. I'm deducting a star because the mattresses are in desperate need of a replacement. Desperate! Also, many of the beach items pictured in the listing are not there anymore which we were counting on and one of the reasons we chose this property compared to the others available at Seaside.

Absolutely beautiful view but…

After the day we had at Orlando International Airport (Frontier Airlines is the worst!), Valerie was a blessing and the apartment was wonderful! Everything was close by (ie; Walmart, drugstores, grocery, local fabulous eateries and the beautiful beach). The one thing we were missing was wash cloths…so if you’re used to using those be sure to bring them! One thing about the property that needs to be addressed would be the steps. They tend to become slippery when it’s hot/humid outside. Both my son and husband fell on them. My husband actually has torn his rotator cuff from falling down those steps on our last night there.

Stay in Manatí

The home was well stocked with plenty of kitchen and outdoor items. The location to Mar Chiquita was great. A/c worked well. There was a bit more of a language barrier with the condo manager than expected so just know that going into it. We were also told by the manager we were checking out 2 days earlier than planned which was a jarring text to get at 10pm. Check in and out instructions don’t exactly match what was requested through the booking. There was an issue with the master bedroom being locked and the locking mechanism turned so you were not able to unlock it. Luckily we were able to get it but none of the provided numbers answered. All in all not a bad stay.

The condo is in a great location and has everything that you need for your stay. There is a beach right there which is rocky, but next door is a larger public beach that does have a sandy area for swimming. It is a little worn and its age is starting to show. The agent Valerie was responsive to messages. Everything seemed clean but there was one checkout item that was weird. We had to wash all the towels and return them to where we found them. At first I thought this was just the beach towels but no it was all towels. Coming to a vacation rental to find that the previous renters had supposedly washed towels we’re going to use. Eww!

Had a very pleasant stay and experience here. 5 days, 4 nights with really no complaints. The property was well kept, it felt very safe/secure, plenty of recreational amenities provided (although we never really used anything), and it was very quiet/peaceful. The particular week we went there were rip current warnings and VERY strong surf. We couldn’t really swim, other than staying on the edge of the pool within Chiquita Mar. It’s a VERY rocky beach too, FYI. They provided us a list of nearby attractions, restaurants, etc. (via email) and mentioned Costa Azul. I HIGHLY recommend that restaurant as well. Out of all our dining experiences, that was our FAVE restaurant. Upon leaving, you’re asked to wash towels used in their washer/dryer located in the garage. For whatever reason, I couldn’t get the washer to work at first. So take a look at it in advance, rather than just before leaving like I did. All in all, a VERY pleasant week here!

Best place to be!!!

I am so sad we only stayed a couple nights. This place was just amazing. From the views, to the ease and comfort, to the security, everything was top notch. You cannot ask for anything more at this house. This place was super clean and had everything and anything you needed. The garage was stocked with everything you need for the beach. I loved the little private balcony area with the private access to the beach. Beds were comfortable and temperature was just right inside. Mary was very attentive and communicated at all times. We got in late and the beeper wouldn’t work to get in but security came and once verified where we were staying they let us in and Mary got us another beeper early in the morning but still answered my text when I texted her. Very professional owners and staff. Property was very well maintained and clean. There was a pool but with that beautiful beach right outside your front door we didn’t get to use it. The sunrise on the beach was just stunning!!! We will definitely be back to stay longer at this place next time.

Fantastic Booking; Found my new Beach Hideaway!

This was one of my favorite rentals ever, and there have been many. Went with my family (husband and 2 college-aged kids), and picked this location because of its proximity to San Juan and Playa Mar Chiquita. The condo has direct access to the glorious beach just east of Playa Mar Chiquita which gives you beach privacy. There was rarely anyone else on the beach, amazing. If you want to be sociable and people-watch, you can simply walk through to Playa Mar Chiquita or take the car to the PMC parking lot. PMC is better for young kids and swimming, but the condo beach feels like a private beach, which very much suited the 4 of us. The condo is very comfortable: Ryan (owner) and Mary Lou (Property Manager) were VERY responsive to questions, very flexible with arrival/departure times, and willing to work with us on literally everything. We traveled from here to San Juan, Hacienda Esperanza, BioBay in Vieques, and the fantastic Rio Camuy Caves. There was so much else to do, we will absolutely be back. Just a wonderful vacation and we wholeheartedly recommend this property!!
