Located in a quiet island neighborhood, this one bedroom, open concept cottage is within walking distance of the ferry, restaurants, grocery store and waterfront. Walk from the ferry to the lobster shack and home to dinner, in a matter of minutes. Perfect for a couple or small family, the cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with gas range and full-size refrigerator. There are covered front and back porches with outdoor seating and a gas grill.

The living room has a couch and a smart TV . There is WIFI. This fully renovated, mid-century cottage has a small bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed and wardrobe closet. Access to two bicycles can be made with prior arrangement. Parking for one vehicle is available.

Peak's Island Fantastic Cottage!

This is our second stay at this cottage with our big dog. We love it! Exactly as described - cozy and comfortable. Easy access getting in and a short, clear list to check out. Great spot!

Lovely cottage

Lovely small cottage. Perfect for my quick stay. However there a few things I didn’t understand inside the house and neighbors were a bit noisy…but it was the weekend and I understood.

Quaint little cottage!

Kudos to the owner for accommodating us, thanks! We loved the island, enjoyed the hikes and beach scrambling. Cottage is nothing fancy but we aren’t fancy people.

Island Home

This cottage was perfect for us. The heat wave was not unpleasant as the ac cooled wonderfully. Two old bikes took us around the island after air was added to the tires. The bed and home were comfortable.

Fun long weekend

We had a great time at the charming cottage! Perfect in size for us and our golden retriever who loved walking and swimming in Peaks. The cottage had all the basic amenities and very clear instructions on check-in and check-out!

Adorable and cozy!

My boyfriend, and I + our two pups absolutely loved our stay. It was perfect for a long weekend away on the island. We had everything we needed - it was clean, cozy and the front deck was awesome to relax on. We loved that it was on a quiet road and we will certainly visit the cottage again. Highly recommend!

We loved this place it had everything we needed including air and heat we needed both during our stay! It is reasonably priced and conveniently located to the ferry landing and the backshore. Battery Steele was amazing so was picnic point. We will definitely come back.

The Little Cottage

This little cottage is such a comfy place to unwind from every day life!! It is compact and easy to get around in. The back porch is so private and quiet. At night it is so quiet and restful that you get the best night’s sleep.

Perfect cottage to enjoy the island! Great location

Owners are extremely quick to response and any information needed. Our car battery died and owner was walking the island at 7am to help get us jumper cables! Cottage has everything you need for a great vacation.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our first trip to Peaks. The cottage is great for 2 people. It isn’t fancy if that’s what you’re looking for. If you want cozy, comfortable and close to everything, then it will be perfect. Super quiet at night. Has a super comfy bed. Living space is spacious for 2 people. Great location in general. We have requested a rebook for next year. That’s how much we enjoyed our stay. Thank you again!

Perfect place on Peaks

Perfect for the two of us and our dog - charming, fully-equipped house with lovely outdoor spaces to sit and comfortable chairs throughout for reading. The bed was great, ditto the shower, kitchen appliances, etc. We took some wonderful walks on Peaks and enjoyed the quiet. The host is very responsive and kind.

Cute cottage, perfect for couple

This tiny cottage was a perfect weekend getaway. It has everything you need, and is tastefully decorated. Easy walk to the rocky beaches and the restaurants downtown. We ran, biked and walked around the island, enjoyed sunset dinner and cocktails on the deck of the Cockeyed Gull restaurant. (And the bed is a bit soft, but comfortable - no "taco" as previous review stated.)
