Bed was not made upon arrival and I had to find sheets to put on the bed. I notified the host and did not receive a reply. The night before checkout I was told to make sure that I cleaned things up and wash linens. People should not be doing chores on their vacation time. I am a single mom and drove 9hrs one way and this stay was very disappointing.

We stayed for just a night here so we could explore Pagosa Springs for NYE. Very good location and able to walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops. The bed was okay, but overall good place for a quick stay

This condo is located in walking distance to old downtown Pagosa and The Springs Resort/hot springs. The condo is cute and well maintained and had most provisions. It was nice having the washer/dryer and laundry soap available. The only negatives were the amounts of hair on the bedspread/pillowcases.
