We were in town for a work related visit. This property ended up being a perfect pick. Close to anything you would want to do, corner balcony and room for everyone to gather or relax alone. Great stay!

The stay was perfect, the room and decor were spot on for Nashville. The location was great for getting down to Broadway. The pool was a great addition to relax before going out. The host was fantastic and very responsive to any questions during our stay. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back

We had a wonderful stay! Great location, great communication with the property owner. We had 4 couples celebrating a 40th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! Would book again!

Went up for Fourth of July. Great access to Broadway and event venues. Spacious. Check in/out and communication with host were excellent. Never did get used to the kitchen sink though! LOL. (You’ll see).

Nashville weekend with family

Great location to downtown, shopping, and airport. Easy on and off to interstate which was important to easily get where you want. The home atmosphere is Nashville on point. Owners had the necessities covered and were fast to communicate if we needed. Super neat rental!

What a fantastic, well-designed apartment! We had a group of 12 and there was plenty of space, including a pull-out couch that worked perfectly. The décor was absolutely beautiful—fun, stylish, and full of that Nashville/Music City vibe. The place had everything we needed, and the owner was incredibly easy to communicate with both before and during our stay.The location can’t be beat—just a short walk to Broadway, with Fogg Street Lawn Club next door (a great pub!). The entire building feels new, clean, and very safe, with app-based entry and locks. Parking was included and enclosed, which was a huge bonus. Has a gym and a pool!
