The was very clean and super nice. Had lost of space for my 2 year old to run around and play. We loved the outside shower to be able to rinse off after our trips to the beach and the wagon the host provided was great to put my son in on our walk to and from the beach. We had a great time celebrating his birthday there. We love being able to cook at the rental that’s why we prefer to stay in houses instead of hotels. My son did chip a few glass coasters and the host was super understanding about it.

A terrific stay

The house was very neat and clean and had a lot of amenities like a spice rack and coffee already ready to go. The layout was fantastic and a very close walk from the beach.

Truly a gem. Very large and spacious. You have everything you need. I love how the kitchen is labeled to help you find everything very fast. There is so many things to walk and look at around the area. There are docs that go out over the marsh you can walk to the ocean or you can go and see the bridge over the waterway all from walking distance. The host was very nice and responsive. Definitely recommend this home to stay for a vacation

This is a wonderful property. It was very clean and instructions for its care were very thorough. It is a quick walk to the beach and an easy drive into St. Augustine. The host was accommodating and was very responsive to questions we had. I’d highly recommend and I hope to rent it again.

Great stay and a wonderful host. Everything in the house was well labeled. The house was clean and organized. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the outdoor shower is a major plus! The nearby park and beach were awesome! Would highly recommend and stay again. The welcome booklet is also a nice touch!

Sweet 16 birthday trip

My four daughters and I stayed here for a few days to celebrate one of their 16 birthday. It was just down the street from the beach which was wonderful but also within five minutes of historic St. Augustine. We had such a lovely time!

The house is exactly as described. It was a quiet and comfortable place to stop and relax. The owner and I spoke and she was cordial, friendly and supportive. This is a very good place for a couple or two to rest and walk to the beach. Nice restaurant and pier nearby as well as a good Publix.
