Cute and comfy place! Daughter and I stayed here on a roadrip. Very convenient walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. Perfect size for us. Note that it is on the top floor with no elevator. Would definitely stay again if back in the area! Had everything we needed.

Not disclosed that the apartment was on the 3rd floor. The WI-FI signal was very weak. Couldn’t connect to it until the 1st and 2nd floor guest shut off all their devices.

Had I known it was a concern, I would have gladly checked if a lower-level unit was available. I'm also sorry about the Wi-Fi issue. This is the first time we've received this feedback. Really enjoyed my time. 6 min walk to the beach, lots of restaurants close. Area safe and quiet. Girlfriend and both kids had an amazing time.

We had a great stay here. The location was great, free off-street parking was a major plus for us. The AC absolutely CRANKED cold air which was very important to me in the summer heat! The shower was big and the water ran nice and hot. The living area was bigger than I imagined. Viktoriya was very responsive and willing to help with any of our needs before and during our stay. The house is within walking distance to the main strip and the beach, so no need to pay for beach parking! The toilet paper was high-quality (something I think gets taken for granted) and the shower was equipped with shampoo and body wash dispensers. The WiFi was a bit lackluster and couldn’t quite handle the demands of all the visitors staying in the building, but it wasn’t a make-or-break-vacation inconvenience. The TVs are Smart, but slow, on account of the overwhelmed WiFi. Again, not something that was a detriment to the overall quality of our stay, just mildly inconvenient.
