Good location and very clean.Issues: window shade was poorly installed and fell on me every time I tried to adjust it.The bed was sub-par and there was no remote to the living room TV. Otherwise, the room was adequate.

Location was good; close to beach, on the main street so easy walk to businesses. The property was clean on the surface but there was mold around the bathtub. It is getting run down, needing updating of paint, molding, wallboard, linoleum was incompletely finished, cooking pans have been used and abused over time, cracked plastic drinking glass. Kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable metal stools. Listing states there is a washer and dryer but there definitely was not. For privacy, there was a large binder clip to hold the curtains on the patio door together. The coffee pot for the Keurig was not the original one so we couldn't make coffee. There were loud neighbors as well. The exterior was also very run down and there was a broken ATM machine out front of the building. We had an extremely difficult time getting help from Vrbo for getting the actual address (because it is not on the listing anywhere!) and checking in, both online and even when calling directly. I called David, our host, to get some help as well--left a message but never received a return call. He never called the whole 3 days we were there. We spent nearly an hour on the phone and had no success online getting into the website--we were in some kind of loop of requesting a code, getting the code, entering the code but not getting into the listing, just back to needing a code.

It’s clean and close to the beach. A bit close to Palace Playland for my taste, but perfect if you like that kind of thing. A short walk to quieter beaches, on the 7 mile strip. The water and sand are incredible. Very festive. I do recommend.
