This bright and inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests, featuring a queen bed in the primary suite, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen was fully updated in 2026 with new cabinetry and modern appliances, creating the perfect space for cooking, gathering, and entertaining during your beach getaway.

The kitchen is fully equipped, making vacation meals a breeze. Step out from the living room onto your private 10' x 30' sun deck, complete with a dining table, chairs, and chaise loungers, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Guests enjoy complimentary access to a shared laundry facility, shared pool, high-speed internet, expanded cable, and national long-distance calling. The living room offers a flat-screen TV, while both bedrooms feature 32" flat-screen TVs. The Anna Maria Island Trolley is located directly across the street and is a free, easy way to get around the island without a car. It runs north to south along Gulf Drive, from the Anna Maria City Pier to Coquina Beach. The trolley stops frequently, about every few blocks, making it convenient to hop on and off near beaches, restaurants, and shops. It operates daily, year-round, generally from early morning until late evening. Trolleys arrive about every 20 minutes.
