Wonderful place! We went with a mixture of adults and children. The place is wonderful, peaceful, with a beautiful beach and pool, kids room, and plenty of space. The staff on site was amazing and friendly, and the host was very responsive.

One day this will be a beautiful place

While the location and condo are simply amazing, the service, equipment and state of the property were awful. The complex is still under construction. We were never told this. Jack hammering on weekends, dust, pool closures, construction all around us.We stayed 28 days in our condo. The condo wasn't ready when we arrived at 4pm. No check in instructions until we got there. The washer and dryer didn't work until day 12 and even then we had to reset the breaker every time we used it. Every day they would tell us that it would be fixed the next day. And the next day. The dishwasher never worked. Dirty dishes from the owners were left upon arrival. Again they told us it would get fixed shortly. We did dishes by hand for a month.The kitchen was very poorly equipped. We begged for a cookie sheet and a drip coffee maker. It took the owners 10 days to approve the 25 coffee maker. We had to buy our own cookie sheet. No serving trays, bowls or Tupperware. Just a few plates and silverware. Almost impossible to cook a meal.The showers barely had any flow. Impossible to wash your hair. Bath towel holders fell the first weekend. We told them at least 5 times to come fix it but they never did. Water filter wasn't installed either.This place has potential but management is awful. They offered a discount but that never came through either.
