The kitchen is set up amazingly well with 2 separate sinks and 2 separate dishwashers. This came in very handy since we had a group of 12 adults staying at the property. The pool table is in excellent shape. And the ability to make use of kayaks from the dock was a wonderful added bonus. The sunsets viewed from the deck are truly spectacular!

We loved the property for our annual family gathering. The house was spacious, the kitchen had everything plus for food prep (two sinks, two dishwashers and two fridges!), the view was spectacular and the dock and water access were perfect for our kayak fishers! However, the single beds were small for the tall adult males. All in all, though, we had a terrific experience!

The home was designed to be family friendly offering accommodations and a recreation destination for their many grandchildren and friends to enjoy. The family now shares this unique vacation home with old friends and new, by offering the home for rent when not being used by the family.

The family has recognized the privilege and responsibility it is to own one of the most unique waterfront estates to be found in the gulf islands. Your family and friends are invited to share this experience while creating your own memories reliving a recent Pender Island disc golf challenge , a hike to the nearby Gulf Islands national park tidal beach or mountain lookout, or perhaps discovering the little known ROE lake for a swim.

The waterfront Shingle bay boat dock with new ocean kayaks allows you to explore the calm waters and shoreline bays of Pender Island.
