This rustic four-bedroom home is set back on a wooded lot at the end of a cul de sac. A Gambrel featuring knotty pine and exposed beams, the property is only 0.8 mi to Powers Landing Beach at Wellfleet Harbor and 0.8 mi to Wellfleet Center.

Enter the first floor level with a living room with high, vaulted ceiling, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twins and a full bath with tub/shower.

The second floor has a den with sofa and TV, two more bedrooms, one with two twins and the other with a full bed. There is also a full bath with shower stall on this level.

The living room has a large split unit A/C and all the bedrooms have window A/Cs.

A large deck spans the full width of the front of the house adding more entertaining, dining and lounging area. Close to the beautiful walking trails at Great Island, the marina and harbor area and all that Wellfleet has to offer--shops, galleries, live theater, restaurants and more!

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

Very clean and welcoming. Great location equidistant from downtown Wellfleet and Great Island/Mayo Beach and the Pier. Quiet except for the foxes we heard! Best outdoor shower I've ever experienced. We'd return to this rental for sure.

Close to everything!

This rustic spot was close to everything - Wellfleet center, beaches, bike trails and restaurants/shops. Great for our family of 6! Just bring some bug spray if you plan on being outdoors.

Relaxing Family Getaway

My family (husband and 2 daughters) and I stayed in Wellfleet over the summer. Although there are houses near by, you still felt secluded. The location is great, close proximity to both bay and ocean beaches. We walked to down Wellfleet on several occasions which was nice. Would definitely recommend the house to others.

Excellent value, very quiet location

We enjoyed our stay in this very quiet, out-of-the-way home. Perhaps a bit basic but reminiscent of visiting the Cape before all the fancy houses went up. While basic, it was clean and pleasant. The outdoor shower is great. A great deal considering how much is usually costs to stay in Wellfleet. We will return to stay here again.
