Fully renovated and equipped kitchen. Enjoy that bright Florida sunshine out on the spacious lanai with a HEATED POOL! With Eastern exposure, the early birds will see the beautiful sunrises the area has to offer. Enjoy your meals poolside with the provided grill. The lovely sheer accent curtains and the flat-screen tv will have you practically living outdoors. There is also a boat dock available with a lovely seating area under a gazebo. There are 2- firepits even a boat lift available for tenant use. Your stay here will be a wonderful experience, surrounded by comfort and convenience. Villa Geraldine was everything and more than we expected! It was clean and well supplied. The pool area was perfect for our morning coffee and afternoon sunbathing. The dock area was great for relaxing in the evening under the gazebo. Thanks Villa Geraldine for a wonderful stay!

Nice Getaway
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was the perfect spade for our family of five. The kids enjoyed having the heated pool to use especially because it was cool and rainy. The outdoor space is perfect for hanging out in the evenings or enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The checkin process was smooth. The host responded very quick and was very helpful.
