Great spot right off the Bay bridge to get you quickly to Gulf Breeze and Pensacola beach! Also just minutes away from Palafox St. and downtown dining. Highly recommended and one I plan to re-book next year!

2 nights with my husband and fur baby and it was exactly what we needed. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood and it feels private even though it is on the owners property. Dog friendly is key and our pup was very comfortable as well. We loved being close to the dog beach (4 minute drive). The kitchenette area had any items we needed as well as towels and some toiletries were provided in the bathroom. It was really clean and again, felt private and very safe!We will certainly book again when traveling back to Pensacola. It was a great stay!

The cottage was perfect for what we needed. It was clean well equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us as well. We needed to be close to downtown, but it would be an excellent location if needed needed for the beach. Very convenient to the beach downtown the interstate and not too far from shopping and grocery stores of course lots of restaurants. Their neighborhood was also a great place for a walk and if we needed to stay in a place again that would be our choice.

Room was clean, great location and Pensacola has so much to offer! There were a few maintenance issues that should be fixed but nothing that impeded our stay! Great spot for dogs, has an enclosed area outside our door!
