Fantastic house with great amenities and an under 5 minute walk to the beach! Perfect for large groups with everyone having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent location and home for a large family. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious for young and old. The professionalism and attentiveness by the staff at ELP was above and beyond anywhere we have stayed in the area. Any questions were answered quickly with kindness and patience, This will be our spot for many years!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Having the additional half baths worked out well too. The golf cart was great to carry stuff to the beach or go grab a bite to eat. Part of our group enjoyed the bikes. We would stay again or recommend it to friends or family.

We had the most wonderful stay! The home is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, spacious, and perfectly designed for multiple families to relax and enjoy time together with plenty of privacy. The golf cart made beach access so easy and convenient, and the fully equipped kitchen gave our whole family room to cook and connect. The SubZero frig/freezer and ice machines, multiple dishwashers make life a breeze during our week there. The pool was a favorite spot, especially for our late afternoon swims with the grandkids. Everything about this home made our beach trip extra special—we can’t wait to come back!🩵

The house was perfect for a large family! We all loved it! And had plenty of space a lot of storage in the kitchen, which was a big bonus. Two refrigerators which really was helpful. I really can’t say enough good things about this house. If I had to find anything that was less than great, it would be the fact that the public access to the beach that is used while staying here is very busy and congested. It was really hard to find a place on the beach with so many people. It probably would not have been a problem, but the two properties on both sides claim that the beach is private in front of their buildings. So they put signs up leaving a very small area for everyone using the public access to put umbrellas and chairs for the beach and Ocean enjoyment. Our men would go down early in the morning and set our things up to get us a place for the day. By the time we got to the beach ourselves, there were so many people in front of us, we had no view of the water. We wanted to go to the water we had to weave our way through many packed people to make it to the water. The house has two ice makers, which was wonderful! Unfortunately, while we were there the largest / best ice maker was broken. Someone was called right away to come look at it, which was great service, but unfortunately, a part had to be ordered and it was out for the week. Suggestions: *if one ice maker is out, maybe offer to provide ice daily. *fight for more beach space for renters - it was the main let down

The house was beautiful but the outside around the pool had a ton of pine straw and the hot tub did not get hot. We called and someone came out with a leaf blower that did not work so we had to sweep around the pool. They did get the hot tub heated. The third floor has mold above some of the doors and windows you may want to take care of that.

While I’m glad you found the house beautiful, it’s disappointing to hear about the issues with the pool area, hot tub, and third-floor maintenance. I regret that the pine straw was not cleared properly and that the blower was not functioning as it should. You should not have had to handle that yourself, and I will be addressing this directly with our team to ensure proper equipment and preparation moving forward. I’m also glad the hot tub was ultimately heated but apologize that it wasn’t ready upon arrival. Regarding the mildew above the doors and windows, I sincerely appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I was not aware of this issue, and I will have it inspected and properly remediated right away to prevent any further concerns.

The stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again! Plenty of room for a large family. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach if you didn’t utilize the golf cart. Good location to drive to Destin or Panama City as the location was in between.

The house was very clean, the layout was perfect for our family, and the kids loved the pool. We had some small issues during the week, and I have to say the host promptly addressed each one. We would definitely recommend this house for a large group, and would come back again, in the future.
