About this space
My home is great for persons wanting short to long term stays. Also we can accommodate people that are displaced and awaiting their houses to be completed through insurance companies.

It is nice and cozy in a quiet community sharing a close by park (one-half block away) with seasonal pool, basketball court, and play area for kids.

Available to my guests is a well stocked kitchen and pantry space available.
Open area includes television and couch, etc.
The space

The house is nice and cozy in a quiet community sharing a close by park (one-half block away) with seasonal pool, basketball court, and play area for kids.

Available to my guests is a Master bedroom with TV and á private bathroom.
Open area includes television and couch, etc.
Guest have access to the whole house. The house is available for short or long-term reservation, it includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, common area and kitchen with a patio area for eating or relaxing. Also included is Fire Stick with Netflix, etc.
Comfortable for 4 guests it sleeps up to 6 people.
Other things to note
Please no smoking in the home.
There will be chairs available for smoking preferably 5 feet away from the doors. Please do not throw butts on the grounds, a container will be available for your use.
We appreciate you leaving the house as you found it. All trash can be placed in the large trash cans on the right side of the house.
Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher at the end of your stay. We hope you enjoy your stay!

For persons staying long term (28:days or more, a gardener and cleaner will be provided as well.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all dirty towels in the black hamper in the garage to the left. No need to remove the linens. Also place your trash in the trash bins outside to the right of the garage.
You may leave your dishes in the dishwasher upon leaving. Do not turn it on, we will wash the dishes.
Please turn the lights off inside and leave the thermostat at78. Remember to sign our blue guest book and white for future discounts. Thank you so much. Safe travels!!!

Our neighborhood is nice and friendly, we respect our neighbors. This vicinity is close to surrounding areas such as Leander (metro transportation), Georgetown, Roundrock, Austin, etc.
We have wonderful restaurants close by also a State of the art Library for children and adults, HEB Events Center, beautiful spa, and soon to open Convention Center and natural waters spa with pools on its way to Cedar Park. Make your reservations now!
