I have been lucky enough to call Boone my home for the past 20+ years. My family and I love to live in such a beautiful and great little town! I am also a local Real Estate Agent in the High Country, so I get to help people find their perfect Mountain home too!
Why they chose this property
This East Boone location is convenient to all of what Boone has to offer. Easy access right off Hwy 421. Close to wonderful local coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Close to Brookshire Park, Ted Mackorell Soccer Complex, Rocky Knob Mountain Bike Park and 2.5 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Only 5 miles to downtown/ ASU.
What makes this property unique
This 1950's cottage is all one level with a flat yard. A big deck to enjoy the mountain air and the amazing stars at night. There is also a private hot tub on the back patio.
There are 3 bedrooms plus an office. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, private bathroom with newly renovated bathroom including a tiled shower and soaker tub and sliding glass door to access the large yard. The other guest room also has a king sized bed. There is a bunk room with a double bed on the bottom and single bed on top. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. The office has a door and futon for extra space. The guest hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room and kitchen are open to each other and large enough for everyone to gather and open to the large deck and yard!
