This charming lakehouse on Lake Martin is located in the quaint growing southern town of Dadeville. Close to several favorite lakefront restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Its also only 35 minutes away from Auburn, making it a perfect gameday/parents weekend lakehouse. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house sleeps 8 and has 2 additional comfy fold away beds. The open floor plan makes it perfect to enjoy time with loved ones. The large kitchen is fully stocked with all the must have small appliances, cookware and dishes to prepare a yummy homecooked meal. It has a nice flat lot with 211 feet of water and stunning views. The dock has a boat slip as well as two jetski ports. The large deck are over looks the lake with a firepit, several chairs and a fun tiki hut with outdoor tv, perfect to hangout and watch the kids swim or watch your favorite game. The screened in porch is where guest love to sit back and relax while watching a stunning Lake Martin sunrise. We have thought of all the must have amenities (lilypad, kayaks, lifejackets, firepit, grill, floats) that will make your stay one to remember and want to return year after year.

Great location. Nice property for a quick getaway. We were asked to load the dishwasher, but there wasn’t any pods left, so we had to buy them. Not a big deal, just something we didn’t plan for. The outside trash bin was full at check-in, but thankfully the trash was picked up early on checkout day, so we were able to take out our trash.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. I am sad that you felt those two issues had a negative effect on your stay. I personally put a brand new bag of pods under the sink. I am sorry that you did not see them. I also said that we would come remove a bag or two if needed when you checked in that afternoon if you needed it, but the trash company was coming the next morning. For future stays, please know that I provide my number to you and wish you would have asked about the pods. I would never expect someone to go buy some. All of our cleaning requests such as loading the dishwasher are just there as a request not an expectation. We want your stay to be a vacation that you enjoy, not one to do chores. We hope to have you back again.

It was the perfect family getaway. The listing states there are no beach towels but there are plenty available. Noting this because beach towels are bulky while packing.

This neighborhood is located in the cute southern city of Dadeville. It’s a perfect location for local family owned stores and restaurants. It’s also only 35 minutes from Auburn.

What makes this property unique

This Lakehouse is special because of the privacy and lake views. It sits back in a safe cove that is great to fish, swim, float and kayak. The views are gorgeous. My fav thing about this Lakehouse is the huge screened in porch. I also love the big patio with tiki hut overlooking the lake. It’s a perfect spot to watch a game, grill out or just hang around the campfire.
