-Guests will receive a rental agreement and HOA application packet which must be filled, signed, and returned to the host prior to arrival by at least 2 weeks. $100 non-refundable application fee is paid through resolutions after the reservation is accepted. Please reach out if you would like to receive the packet prior to reservation accepting for review.
