Beautiful place! We asked, “I wonder if they would come decorate our house?” I’m from Boulder as a CU alum. The location was walking walking distance from Pearl street walking only outdoor mall, Chautauqua park with great hiking, Boulder Creek trail, and “the hill” having great food and a college vibe. Although, I joked with my CU friends that all the students at “The Sink” were there with parents. Probably because it’s become trendy. Great pizza. We spent our evenings on the lounge chairs on the front porch and breakfasts on the back patio. The location was quiet and really relaxing. This place was a great find

Charming cozy cabin

Loved this spot! Walking distance to a lot and super cozy and quiet. It gets a ton of sun upstairs which is nice in the winter. Lighting was super nice and cozy and great ambience. The place has a lot of character and charm. And the hosts were super accommodating and responsive.

Specularly Beautiful Home

This is a great place to stay with older teens and family. There are lots of stairs but the house is stunning and well worth taking lots of steps. It’s thoughtfully compact and comes with everything you could possibly need. We loved it including visits from the bunnies while we read on the front steps.

family college visit

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and welcoming home. It is such a unique home with many interesting artifacts and is curated perfectly. The location was ideal -- an easy walk to hiking, pear street, campus and restaurants but we were so comfortable we ate a lot at home. Very nice an quiet neighborhood, Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Perfect spot for our family!
