The best of all! Daily hours designated for river access on the Florida River. Fish, picnic, swim, or sunbath. Located only 15 minutes from downtown Durango. This one bedroom home comfortably sleeps 4, one queen size bed in large master bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, full serving/cooking setup, beautiful views. High end finishes, hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, high end doors, windows. Outdoor covered patio with fire place and BBQ grill. Safe, off street parking.

Close to town, but private and plenty of space to park, play, and sleep in a clean, comfortable setting. Covered parking, full size laundry in the home. Plenty of closet space, huge TV, direct TV service, wireless hookup.

Enjoyed a week at this cabin. Well stocked with what we needed. Perfect for 2 people. Lovely patio and grounds. One cabin with 2 carports.Traffic can be heard from highway but dies down at night. Gated property with family residences nearby on the property but cannot be seen from cabin. We stayed in early August and cabin was warm but ceiling fans and floor fans are in the cabin. 2 swamp coolers also available. Living space is up stairs and nice to look out at trees. Deer and turkeys in the yard. Only 10 min drive into town. Easy arrival instructions. Tv has cable channels and wifi worked well. Great place to base day trips to mesa verde, chimney rock, durango to silverton train trip, off road trail to clear lake, aztec ruins in Aztec New Mexico, Lake nighthorse. Would stay again. Only concern was cabin needed some attention to further cleaning inside. Thank you to owner for sharing their cabin on vrbo

Super Awesome Stay

The location and accommodations were great. Just 15 minutes away from Durango, a little ways into the mountains, but easy access to all the sites in the area.

Wonderful getaway

Amazing cabin in a great setting. We really enjoyed the comforts of home and as always on the top of our list it had a comfortable bed. Covered parking was an added bonus. We highly recommend this place.

Idyllic Cabin in the Mountains

We loved our stay here. Our host and her family were very friendly and helpful. The property is aboslutely gorgeous and there were lots of things to do in the area. The house had everything we needed, and was beautiful inside and out. Wish we had more time here!

Peaceful location nestled on a beautiful property.

Owners clearly take pride in their cabin and the rest of the beautiful property it is on. You could enjoy spending countless hours relaxing here or use it as a home base to come back to after an adventurous day of activities in the Durango area. The amenities served any of our potential needs.
