Perfect beach retreat

Cozy and comfortable. We rented in the middle of winter and we couldn't have picked a better property for our family to enjoy the bliss of the sea and the warmth of a fireplace.

Really beautiful

It was a lovely place! Super clean and everything we could possibly need was there for us to have a wonderful stay!The only issue we ran into was that the walls were a little thin in our space- a little soundproofing would make this place a perfect 10!

A beautiful beach town neighborhood, very friendly and welcoming neighbors. Lovely place for a leisurely stroll at all times of the day and night.The listing itself was a little misleading. When we booked it was listed that there would be 2 queen beds, and that was not the case. Not a problem given our group size, but not an accurate portrayal.We also had no idea that we would be sharing the outdoor beach space with the tenants next door in the opposite unit, as well as their dog (who was not always leashed). They were very friendly and we enjoyed our shared time, but we were a little frustrated that it was not communicated to us ahead of time.In addition, our door code stopped working late our last night, so we were locked out after being out at a wedding of our close friends. Luckily a friend of ours had returned earlier that night and we were able to wake them up to be let in. The walls are extremely thin, not a problem if you are staying with friends/family who you are comfortable around. We heard each other stir at night, coughs, tosses and turns, all of it. Shower is VERY small and was a struggle for my taller friends to use.The unit itself is very comfortable. Cozy beds, cozy couch, the ocean view in the main room was heavenly, instant beach access was amazing. Friendly and responsive host.We will not be renting this place again. Far too much money for the experience given. Would consider renting again at a lower cost.
