A short drive to Bloomington, the condo is the ideal for visiting IU while enjoying a relaxing weekend. FREE State Park pass, pickleball paddles/balls provided (must reserve a court).

Thank you for your 5 star review, Joel! You are correct, we have a nice private forest view from our screened-in porch with views of local birds at our feeder. The pool season is May-September and I provide a parks pass for the lake which has a beach and is a 3min drive away.
