We really liked this as a little couples retreat! plenty of nature nearby and loved the porch. we didn’t use any of the amenities but the golf course looked very nice.

The property unit itself is a bit dated, but they've done well to make sure it is full of amenities. We weren't at the property much, but while we were there we enjoyed the screened in porch immensely!

Jason is an amazing host! He is easy to communicate with! The screened in deck is amazing for bird and squirrel watching, as well as morning coffee. The condo is walking distance to the restaurant and pool. So many options for nature lovers (Lake Monroe and State parks). Highly recommend

Thank you for your 5 star review, Joel! You are correct, we have a nice private forest view from our screened-in porch with views of local birds at our feeder. The pool season is May-September and I provide a parks pass for the lake which has a beach and is a 3min drive away.

We are former residents who now live in FL. We needed to be in/ near Bloomington for our annual Dr. visits and to see family and friends. The condo was convenient and made it easy. The. neighborhood cat was lovely and friendly, and Jason was very easy to work with! We especially appreciated the washer/dryer as we had been traveling for 2 weeks.
