Nestled in a private grove of established trees w/sweeping breath taking views of Kachemak Bay and all of Homer. Zen like immediate relaxation enjoyment time. Perfect for families or groups or those that want space and privacy. High end comforts, furniture and beautifully appointed.

A private large well maintained hot tub, home theater, Satellite Big Screen TV's and Sonos sound Thru out.

Truly one of the very best views in all of Homer.

One word sums it up best EPIC

A private Shangri La all to yourself with walls of windows, comfortable beds, tasteful furniture, beautiful flooring and beautifully appointed.

Huge sun room with easy access to the home can be closed off with the sliding door to help keep kids/pets contained from the rest of the home.
Substantial sunny deck with easy access to the multi person new hot tub, fire pit and grill.

Large parking area.

Home is tucked away off the road in a large grove of spruce trees.

However, only a quick jaunt to town.

Home theater, entertainment area, home gym and comfortable dining room and living rooms.

Steam shower to steam the day away.

Washer and dryer for convenience.

Two extra showers round out the home.

Rise above it all and this truly majestic home and location.

You will look forward to coming home to this gem and leave rejuvenated and re-energized.

Home has 5 large comfortable bedrooms each with high quality comfortable beds, linens, pillows and blankets.

An extra new queen mattress beneath the lower level stairs is also available for those who like to gaze out the window or be near the downstairs bar and entertainment area.

The very charming and comfortable Yurt is the sixth bedroom!

Please respect my home as if it was your own.

It’s truly a gem and would like to keep it that way.

Enjoy your stay and no doubt you will enjoy very much all it has to offer in addition to the incredible views and setting.

Hot tub will be turned off until March 2026 due to damage caused by a recent guest.

What a wonderful place to stay with family in Homer! We loved the views, and it's just a 10-minute drive from town. This property had ample space for everyone, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The Host was extremely responsive in our communications and to our needs. I'd stay here again! Thank you, Brett!
