The property was perfect for our family of three! Exactly as described in the listing, clean, spacious, and conveniently located. Host sent detailed instructions and tips and was great to work with. Would definitely recommend and book again if traveling to Knoxville.

Overall a very good experience. Some quirks that could be adjusted with a few tweaks but nothing major. Rooms were comfortable and it's a good space for 4-6 people. Great location near university without being in the middle of things.

Spring Break Knoxville

The SoKno Cottage meet our needs very well. The only issue was my wife's mobility in navigating the stairs into the house. She uses a cane because of multiple knee operation, and it became a bit of a challenge.

Cute little house!

We loved the location of this house. Bit hard to find the first time especially at night but we got it and we’re good to go. Had plenty of rooms. Had some minor ant issues but just tried to keep food items out of any territory. We loved the Knoxville area and would love to come back.

House was clean but the whole house had a very musty smell. We tried opening the windows to get the place aired out, but it didn't really help. Also, the shower was abysmal, as there was little pressure, water was only luke warm, and the shower head felt like it was about to fall off. Honestly, we just used the house to sleep in it.
