The stay was wonderful the cabin was clean and the staff was super helpful throughout the entire process. It’s the perfect location close to all attractions but quiet for when you need a break with coffee on the porch

House itself was amazing and clean. Very relaxing and the games and pool were nice for the kids. The kitchen had very dirty pots and pans put away in the cabinets so I had to rewash a lot of stuff before using it. Also, I couldn’t find a single baking sheet or pizza pan. Therefore if you need that for your stay bring your own. Overall we loved the house.

Dish washer did not do a good job and previous renters pots and baking dishes werent properly cleaned. No cookie sheets for baking. Hot tub jets werent working correctly. Other than that the stay was wonderful! The cabin itself was clean and simply but beautifully decorated. It was nice and quiet (exept for one guest one morning beside us.) We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent with them again!

The cabin itself was beautiful. It was not worth the money that I spent on it. The basketball game did not work. The hot tub jets did not flow. The dishwasher was not working properly. I had to hand wash dishes. The location was semi great. The ceiling in the pool room was warped. Throughout the entire place flooring was coming up . I let property management know of all these issues that need to be fixed before I believe someone else should rent this cabin.

Our family really enjoyed this family friendly cabin. The hot tub and pool were well worth it. The kids enjoyed the arcade games and game room . I enjoyed not being on the main strip in town but close enough you could get there in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend

The property was just as described. Easy check in and out. Great communication. The only complaint is the lack of views and privacy. This place is a ton of fun for kids. 15-20 minutes from pigeon forge. Fully furnished and has everything you need.

The cabin was absolutely everything it claimed to be. We enjoyed it immensely. Pictures are 100% accurate. I don't enjoy driving in the winding mountain roads, so this was exactly what I was looking for. It was very easy to get to and close to town. Very quiet and serene.

The best 21st birthday

My husband and I took our son and little cousins here to celebrate my son 21st birthday and this property did not disappoint. Everything we needed was there, the instructions was very detailed, and it was beautiful and extremely clean. If I ever visit again this will be my spot . Thank you for everything

There was no can opener, no drain plug for kitchen sink and dishwasher really needs cleaned inside. Bathtub on main floor took extremely long to drain after a shower. Automatic door lock to pool was extremely hard to unlock. Cabin was nice and rooms were clean.

There are so many issues with this place that need to be addressed. The first thing is the flooring that is completely falling apart and ruined in a main traffic area in the kitchen. The dishwasher had black mold throughout it and looked as if it hadn’t been used in at least a month. The trim on the top step of each set of stairs was not installed properly and was a major tripping hazard the entire week. Not only that, but there were 3 inch deck nails laying all over the ground at the bottom of the steps in the front where my kids played throughout the week. The cord to the air hockey table was spliced and wrapped in about a whole roll of electrical tape so we weren’t able to use that all week due to the fire hazard. Please avoid this place. The price is great if there were none of these issues but id consider staying somewhere else if you’re reading this

The house was not clean, floors were dirty, dishes were dirty and with water condensation in glasses, dishes had cracks in them so you couldn’t use them, laundry left in the the washer, the vinyl wood floors had a lot of gaps in them, the upstairs bathroom floor was soft, as was the floor outside of the pool entrance door and by the washer. The pool water was low and the area around it was dirty from the last people who stayed. There was some pans, pots, dishes, cups, silverware; but not storage containers, or condiments like salt and pepper etc. Definitely no Mountain View’s only other cabins to look at. First night there, the smoke alarm went off at 3:42am and we were not sure what was going on, did call the vacation rental company and advised of all the issues. Any place I have ever stayed especially for this price range was fully stocked with essential items and supplies other than food. Will definitely look around for better place next visit.

Very nice cabin. Upstairs tv kept shutting off while trying to watch it, prob needs to be fixed or replaced. Other than that, very nice place and in a good location other than some flooring that needs to be fixed. My granddaughter loved the pool and the hot tub. I loved it has a code so children can get in without an adult.
