Liked the cabin overall. Pool was unavailable. Which was man reason for booking. Terrible location. 4.5 miles from gatlinburg but it’s literally on the highest mountain. It’s even higher than oberGatlinburg! Roads getting up there are in rough shape. Pizza delivery guy said he would never deliver there again.
Everything was wonderful! My family and I really enjoyed it. The heater was out in the pool so that was very cold and we weren’t able to use but we were offered a discount and the kids still enjoyed the hot tub!

Thank you for your kind words! We’re glad your family had a wonderful stay and that the kids enjoyed the hot tub. We appreciate your understanding about the pool heater and hope to welcome you back for an even better experience next time.
The host is a scammer. I booked a cabin with a private pool, upon arrival it’s “no longer available” & they didn’t care to refund me my money, or put me somewhere else! The pool was the entire reason for booking. They offered 50 off a night and that was it. I will never be booking with Grand Welcome Smoky Mountains and I suggest you don’t either unless you want to lose out on your & deal with TERRIBLE customer service from Grand Welcome Smoky Mountain. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
This cabin was absolutely amazing for my small group. We had a Mommy getaway weekend, and the kids loved it. The view is amazing. The amenities were beyond expected. The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed.
This place is really nice. We enjoyed the pool and game room upstairs. It was nice having a jacuzzi tub in every bedroom. We saw bears every night we was up there. Very good location, close to everything in Gatlinburg. Definitely recommend staying here, we had a blast and will be back again

One of the best aspects of the property was the view, along with the proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean and everything worked as required. The kitchen was stocked with clean and usable dishes which helped.
We were legit on top of a mountian lol. Lots of wild life to see!

Thank you for the kind review! We're so glad you and the kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and surprise bear sightings. We look forward to hosting you again soon!
We had a wonderful stay celebrating my sons and I birthday. The cabin was in a great location and the view is breathtaking. The drive up is a bit scary at night if you miss the bypass or coming up from downtown but it’s not bad during the day. I wish I would have known the pool entrance is outside. There is no access from the house to the pool. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and communication with the property was great. We did see bears twice, once at night driving back to the cabin and the next day driving down to Anakeesta.

We had a few issues during our stay but they were resolved for the most part. The beds were super comfortable and the views can't be beat. We enjoyed the hot tub nightly after being tourists during the day. We used the pool a couple times but it was a little difficult getting in and out without a railing. We saw quite a few bears during our stay. It rained while we were there and it was a beautiful sound and sight in the mountains.
The view was amazing from the balcony! You can see the sunsets and sunrises from the hot tub, and have a gorgeous view of the mountains from any porch and bedroom. We saw three bear cubs our first day there! 10/10 would go back again, it was such a relaxing cabin
Fantastic! Great home, indoor pool was a big hit and THRILLED there was a separate entrance with a lock code of door with small
Children. We will be back!
