Welcome to your base in Silverthorne. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium sleeps up to 6 and offers easy access to parks, trails, shopping, and a communal hot tub.

Set up for comfort and simplicity, this modern condo is a great fit for families or small groups. Sleep up to 6 across two bedrooms plus a living room sleeper sofa. The primary suite features a king bed and ensuite bath, while the second bedroom with a full-over-queen bunk is ideal for kids or friends. Unwind in the living area between outings, and take advantage of in-home essentials like WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Enjoy access to a communal hot tub when you’re ready to relax after a day of exploring Summit County.

• Laundry: Private washer/dryer is in the unit.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to the mountain location and area-wide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pets: This home is not pet-friendly.

• Occupancy: The maximum occupancy includes adults, children, and infants.

• Exclusive Guest Perk: Enjoy 35% off ski and snowboard rentals from Norski Sports when you book with us. Details will be provided after booking.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

We loved our stay in Silverthorne! This condo was perfect for our family. It was super clean, well stocked, and perfect for our needs. Loved the view of the River! Beds were super comfortable and close to shops and food! We went to Breckenridge to ski for 2 days and it was about 30 minutes away, but loved the drive and all the scenery along the way!

Small but beautifully appointed River view condo

We had such a pleasant stay at this river front condo. Comfortable with high end finishes on the river and right in the center of town. Beautiful views from the condo and trails right from the patio. We walked to dinner and breakfast each day. Would definitely stay again!!

We stayed in this property for 4 nights. The pictures are accurate and the place was lovely. Our favorite was the view of the river and being able to enjoy the outdoor seating and listen to the sounds of the water flowing. Details matter and this place has every one of them covered. Modern but cozy, super clean, comfy beds, luxury linens, well stocked kitchen, very handy washer and dryer, beautiful view of the river, garage storage for car, bikes, or gear, excellent communication with host, and a great location. We are well traveled, somewhat picky, a little bougie, and I can’t find one negative thing to say about this rental. We will be back!

Not only is this property incredibly nice, but it is so family friendly. It was helpful having a pack n play, booster seat, and kids cups/bowls/plates. Not only that, but being able to sit out on the patio to watch and listen to the Blue River is a dream.
