Juan was fantastic...and the cabin was everything and more that we needed for our long weekend stay. If we're ever back in Winston-Salem...we're definitely staying here again.

Very beautiful home but stains on all the rugs, no lamps in any of the rooms so it was hard to see in the bedrooms. Ants on the counter tops, a mouse in the bathroom cabinet. The outside decks were covered in leaves and branches from trees. The trash can was full of beer cans and trash. Due to this trip and the couple others trips I had with Vrbo I will be changing to Airnib,
House was comfortable but needs some TLC. Host was excellent at responding and allowing early check in and late checkout (which was much appreciated) Cobwebs, dripping gutters over the door (it rained the entire time and we couldn’t get in without getting wet), and not enough seating or coffee mugs for the number of people were some minor issues. There are no pictures on the walls or curtains to make it homey.
The house was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, the outside trash can was overflowin,g and the dishwasher did not work.

Golf Trip 2025
Host was prompt with responses and willing to assist. Sleeping for 10 or 12 if required but semi-comfortable seating for maybe 4 people unless you count dining room seating. Water pressure very low. Outdoor area and deck had nice view but old and could use some TLC with a covered are for rain days. We left a day early and went to a hotel.
We rented the property for our O40 soccer team for a tourney in Winston. It had plenty of room for the crew with lots of beds. The location was good with a nice wooded backyard. The house was fine, but could use some updating and probably a bit more seating options in the living room and king suite upstairs. Also, sponges or scrubbies in the kitchen would have been nice. All in all, though, it served the purpose and was a great house for our needs. Juan was really responsive and a great host.
