Large, beautiful windows are found throughout the home, making it bright and open and allowing for great views of this enchanting neighborhood. The spaciousness of this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house allows for the chance to get away while still providing the comforts of home. It is large enough that everyone can stay together under one roof, but with the home spanning three floors, there is enough space for you and your traveling companions to spread out. Just down the stairs is an incredible basement with a bedroom and bathroom, laundry room, and sprawling common area with plenty of seating and a 70-inch television for watching shows or movies. Additionally, you will find another living room with a TV on the main floor.

If you wish to stay in and cook, the kitchen has brand new appliances and all the utensils, pots/pans, small appliances - and even spices- you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner! You can eat together in the adjacent dining room or spread out into the patio that is just out back for al fresco dining! There is also a swing on the back patio for relaxing outdoors or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening.
