What a wonderful place to stay for our first time visiting Grass Valley! Kyle and Sita were excellent hosts, and the property was beautiful and lively with gardens, cats, and color everywhere. The cottage we stayed in was super comfortable, clean, and cozy and was just what we needed for our weekend getaway. It was a quick easy walk into town but tucked away in a quiet corner which suited us perfectly. Thanks for a lovely time!

Wonderful stay!

I enjoyed my stay at this cute little miners cabin. It’s a very quiet and peaceful setting, yet close to town. This is a great place for a short stay and was a fantastic value. I would stay again if in this area.

Great spot!

We loved it! Very cute spot in an ideal location. It’s within walking distance of all of the awesome shops and restaurants that grass valley has to offer. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great place to stay

We had a one night stay here on our way to Reno for the America concert. Beautiful neighborhood, so quiet it soothes the soul. Had a good morning jog in light rain. Don’t miss the South Pine Cafe!! Wonderful place.

This is a lovely cottage with great amenities. The kitchen setup is really nice with full size fridge, 2 “burner” induction stovetop, microwave and toaster oven, French press coffee, pots & pans, utensils and plates, bowls, cups, glasses. Very comfortable bed. Perfect for a trip for two to Grass Valley.

We have experience with scores of rentals and this was one of my top 3 experiences. The hosts thought of every detail, its was clean comfortable and convenient to everything. I never chose a one room cabin before but this one was so bright and airy and artfully decorated that I didn’t feel cramped.

Quiet, serene, spacious, clean. Easy access to town and still feel like you are in the trees. Coffee is good and I am a snob from Pete’s coffee. The bed was awesome and the sheets were 100% Egyptian cotton soo soft. Try the tub it is well worth it. Directions pre and during visit are clear and easy to understand. Met host just after packing car to depart and he is really a nice guy. Plan on returning next year for our 12th wedding anniversary.
