Private fenced rooftop patio. Artistic home with beautiful touches and everything you need for a 5-star stay. Solar Hot Water heat for the the environmentally conscious. Steam room in bath.

40 restaurants within a 4 block radius plus lots of retail shops and entertainment. You can't find a better location for all Sandpoint has to offer.

Home was built by and served as residence of Sandpoint's longest serving mayor. Note there is a separate unit downstairs with a separate entrance that can also be booked and combined for larger groups.

Everything was good. The only thing I might change is leaving some instructions for the hot plat or whatever the cooking surface is. If you have never used one it takes a minute to figure out.

Great location, perfect size for the two of us. Enjoyed walking to the restaurants and bars nearby. The outdoor patio was great for relaxing after a day on the beach or the trail.
